The statue that you see on our site is designed and made by Marga Bles. Her inspirational work can be found at her romantic premises in Doesburg (Netherlands) which is where she has her workshop.
The statue symbolises Business Improvement’s work. The circle has been broken, due to the fact that one or more team members go their own way, which is not consistent with the goals of the business.
Business Improvement takes a personal approach and as a result the circle closes again and employees start to perform once more as a Team, enabling and facilitating the business to move forward and realise its plans for a bright and successful future.
